Please join the Southeast Texas Nurse Practitioners (SETXNP) team.
Our goal is $2013.00 and all donations count.
We are seeking participants to walk with us on 10/7/2023 and fundraise. Please sign up to walk & share our team page with others.
How to sign up
1. Select Join the Team
Participant info
You will then be placed on the team roster
2. Set up your profile with pictures bio etc
3. You can list information such as who you are walking for on your page and your fundraising goal to give to the team
4. All funds raised go to our team SETXNP but your individual fundraising goals also allow you to be blessed with certain items when reaching levels set by the Alzheimer’s organization for giving back
